在高校办学水平不断提高的新形势下,为充分发挥高校实验设备的投资效益,切实提高教学质量,必须改革原有的设备管理体制和管理模式,规范设备管理,提高管理人员素质,建立中心实验室管理体系,进而切实提高设备的利用率。

Under the new situation that university-running level is increasing continuously, in order to give full play to the investment benefit of university＇s experimental equipment and improving the teaching quality practically, must reform the original equipment management system and mode, regulate the equipment management, improve the quality of then managerial personnel establish the central lab management system, and further increase the utilization ratio of the equipment.
