This paper studies on the key techniques for actively forecasting pipe network system such as the safe use period, number of the leaking poin and detecting the leakage of the water-supply ts, leakage frequency, and detective periodic time,etc., which can provide the theoretical foundation for improving the managing level of the water-supply corporations.
