摘要
目的:探讨梗阻性结肠癌病人围手术期营养支持的重要性以及应用方法的特点。方法:19例梗阻性结肠癌病人围手术期进行肠外或肠内营养支持,观察营养支持前后营养状况的改变及肝肾功能、血糖和血脂的变化。结果:血红蛋白及血清K+、Na+经营养支持后有明显的改善(P<0.05),其他营养指标及肝、肾功能无明显变化或在正常范围内。结论:梗阻性结肠癌病人应以肠外营养支持为主,供给充分热量和氮量,是有效和安全的。
Objective :To investigate the importance and appropriate application of perioperative nutritional support in patients with obstruction caused by colon cancer. Methods:19 patients received parenteral or enteral nutritional support in the period of perioperation. When nutrition was applied, the nutritional indices, liver function and renal function were observed. Results :Hb, blood K^+ and Na^+ were significantly increased after nutritional support. The nutritional indices did not change and were kept within normal range during nutrition. Conclusion:The nutritional support is one of the important perioperative treatments in patients with obstruction caused by colon cancer .
