维吾尔族和汉族乳腺浸润性导管癌中CD44v5、HER4表达的差异 被引量:3

The difference in expressions of CD44v5 and HER4 between Ujgur and Han with breast invasive duct carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨维吾尔族(维族)和汉族乳腺浸润性导管癌B IDC中可能存在的CD44v5、HER4蛋白表达差异。方法选择60例汉族和60例维族B IDC病例,采用免疫组化SP法,检测其CD44v5、HER4蛋白表达情况。结果两个民族B IDC组织中CD44v5蛋白表达无差异性(P>0.05);汉族HER4蛋白表达率(60%)高于维族(36.7%)(P<0.05)。结论汉族IDC组织中HER4蛋白表达率高于维族,可能与种族背景有关。
