苦碟子注射液与5种注射液配伍的稳定性考察 被引量:21

摘要 目的考察苦碟子注射液与5%葡萄糖注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液、0.9%氯化钠注射液、5%葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、复方氯化钠注射液配伍的稳定性。方法应用紫外分光光度计、酸度计、注射液微粒分析仪分别考察苦碟子注射液与5种注射液配伍后的外观、pH值、微粒及紫外吸收光谱的变化。结果5种混合液外观、紫外扫描最大波长均无明显变化;微粒数随放置时间呈上升趋势;与复方氯化钠注射液配伍后pH值有明显升高。结论苦碟子注射液与复方氯化钠注射液不宜配伍使用。 Objective To study the stability of kudiezi injection in 5% glucose solution, 10% glucose solution, 0.9% sodium chloride solution, 5% glucose in sodium chloride solution and compound sodium chloride solution. Methods Changes in the outward appearance, pH value , number of particles and UV absorption spectrum of the mixed solutions were kept under observation after the kudiezi injection had been added to the five different solutions. Results No apparent changes were shown in the outward appearance and UV-Vis λ max of the 5 mixed solutions. There was a trend of increase in the number of particles along with time. A striking increase in the pH value was detected after the mixing of the kudiezi injection with compound sodium chloride solution. Conclusion Kudiezi injection was shown to be not compatible with compound sodium chloride solution.
