处在国际竞争大背景下的我国企业技术创新主体地位的形成事关大局,日显重要。现阶段其主体地位的形成不仅要强化政府的经济职能,加大对研究与开发的投入力度,为企业提供财税与金融方面的有力支撑,营造良好的外部环境,而且企业也必须对有助于企业技术创新的各种要素进行有效整合,以形成企业技术创新所必需的良好内部环境。

Being in the competitive global environment, the formation of Chinese enterprise＇ s main body of technology innovation is relative to everything in china, being important with the coming days. These days, to form the enterprise＇ s main body of technology innovation, on the one hand, the government must strengthen it＇ s economic function, increasing the financial investment in study and development to build the proper external economic environment; on the other hand, the enterprise also must integrate every productive elements to build the advantageous internal environment to improve the formation of enterprise＇ s main body of technology innovation.
