脑静脉血栓形成脑实质损害的功能影像学研究
摘要
脑静脉血栓形成和静脉窦血栓形成继发脑实质损害的范围和程度是确定治疗方案及判断预后的重要因素。功能影像学检查(如,DWI、PWI、MRS、CTPI、SPECT、PET等)能够早期发现脑实质病变,区别脑水肿的性质,判断脑实质损害的程度,为治疗方案的选择及预后判断提供重要信息。
