有控制定量放液在巩膜环扎加压术中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨引流视网膜下液新方法的效果。方法用注射针头作巩膜穿刺,能控制定量放液,并将本方法与传统的巩膜电凝放液法进行比较。68例68眼巩膜环扎加压术病例纳入本研究。结果68例视网膜下液均引流成功。34例传统方法者2例发生少量视网膜下出血,34例应用本方法者未发生并发症。结论有控制定量放液法与传统方法一样有效,但更为简单、安全。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of new technique of subretinal fluid drainage. Method The authors used syringe needle to perforate sclera, the technique can control ration of subretinal fluid draingage, and comparing this technique with traditional scleral electrocoagulation and subretinal fluid draingage technique. 68 eyes of 68 patients' technique of surgery were encircling cleral bukling surgery in this study. Results subretinal fluid was successfully drained in all these 68 eyes. Two of 34 eyes with traditional technique had subretinal hemorrhages. None of 34 eyes with this new technique experience any surgical complications. Conclusion The control ration of subretinal fluid draingage technique was as effective as traditional one, but was more simple and safer.
