护理干预对糖尿病足坏疽截肢围手术期转归的影响

Effect of Perioperative Nursing Intervention on the Outcomes of Amputation in Patients Diabetic Foot Gangrene

目的探讨护理干预对糖尿病足坏疽(DIGF)截肢围手术期患者治疗转归的影响。方法20例因DIGF而接受截肢手术的患者进行围手术期护理干预:心理护理、血糖监测及控制、胰岛素用药护理、饮食护理、术后护理、功能锻炼。结果DIGF患者围手术期血糖控制良好,无死亡和低血糖休克发生,切口浅表感染2例,尿路感染1例。结论护理干预对促进DIGF截肢术后切口愈合和减少并发症发生有着非常重要的作用。

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on the outcomes of amputation in patients diabetic foot gangrene （DIGF）, Methods 20 cases of amputation patients caused by DIGF accepted perioperative nursing intervention, including psychological nursing, glucose monitoring and controlling, insulin using nursing, diet nursing and postoperative nursing and functional training, Results The perioperative blood glucose of DIGF patients was controlled well, no death and hypoglycemic coma; superficial incision infection in 2 cases and urinary tract infection 1 case. Conclusion Nursing intervention plays very important role to advance the incision healing of DIGF patients after amputation and reduce the occurrence of complications.
