超声学诊断结核性局限性胸腔积液临床分析

目的:少量结核性局限性胸腔积液用超声检查,准确性极高,腔内结构、回声特征、范围及与周围关系的诊断分析。方法:对我院门诊及住院病人结核性局限性胸腔积液360例,使用GE-LOGQ400型超声诊断仪进行超声检查。结果:其中男201例,占55.8%;女159例,占44.2%,患者以青壮年居多。包裹性胸腔积液155例,占43.1%;肺底积液126例,占35%;肺叶间积液50例,占13.9%,其他29例,占8.1%。以上两者或三者并存少见。发生于右侧胸腔积液者多于左侧,患者均经2次～7次超声复查。结论:超声诊断结核性局限性胸腔积液在影像检查中优于其他影像检查,内部条索状、蜂窝状及分隔回声较清晰,胸膜肥厚及粘连程度易于观察,患者无痛苦且诊断准确性高。
