鼻内镜下鼻腔黏膜溃疡分泌物涂片101例分析

Analysis on Secrection Smear of 101 Cases with Nasal Mucous Ulcer Under Nasal Endoscopy

目的:探讨鼻内镜下鼻腔黏膜溃疡诊断。方法:鼻内镜下对101例鼻腔黏膜溃疡的涂片检查。结果:鼻梅毒1例,鼻结核6例,鼻出血引起的溃疡39例,鼻前庭炎和变态反应引起的55例。结论:鼻内镜下查出溃疡面取分泌物涂片,查出病因针对病因进行治疗。

Objective To study the diagnose of nasal mucous ulcer under nasal endoscopy. Methods Smears of 101 cases with nasal mucous ulcer were studied. Results Nasal syphilis was 1. case,nasal tuberculosis were 6 cases. 39 cases were caused by epistaxis and. 55 cases by nasal vestibule inflammation or allergy. Conclusions We should take secretion from the ulcer under nasal endoscopy and make smear to find the cause of disease and treat it accoring to the cause.
