摘要
目的:本文研究了微波及小针刀治疗肩周炎的价值。方法:本文应用超声检查60例不同声像类型的肩周炎,并对其进行小针刀及微波治疗。结果:小针刀疗法的临床治愈率达25.0%,有显效的比例达46.7%,追加微波治疗后,治愈率提高至33.3%,总显效率提高至83.3%。结论:小针刀加微波疗法是肩周炎治疗的理想方法。
Objective To discuss the effectiveness of microwave and acupuncture therapy in the management of shoulder inflammation. Methods A total of 60 patients with shoulder inflammation received ultrasonography. Microwave and acupuncture therapy to the treatment of shoulder inflammation. Results Using acupuncture therapy, cure quotiety 25. 0 % ,availability quotiety 46.7 % ;Using microwave and acupuncture therapy, cure quotiety 41.6 %, availability quotiety 56.6%. Conclusion Microwave combining with acupuncture therapy is an effective way in treating shoulder inflammation.
