起重机滚筒端侧板的反射光弹实验研究

Experimental Study on the Hoist's Cylinder Side by the Photoelastic COating Method

本文采用光弹性贴片法对起重机滚筒端侧板的外表面进行了应力分析。通过反复实验得到了在钢丝绳不同缠绕层数下端侧板外表面的应力沿径向的变化规律。为今后起重机端侧板的强度设计提供了可靠的实验依据。

The stress analysis on the outside—surface of the hoist's cylinder side have been modeled by the photo—elastic coating method. The stress regularity on the hoist's cylinder side have been obtained when the twining level of steel cable is different. The experimental basis is laid for the strength design of the cylinder side.
