疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗老年巨大腹股沟斜疝的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Tension-free Mesh-plug Repair in Treatment of Senile Giant Inguianal Hernia

目的:探讨充填式无张力疝修补术治疗老年巨大腹股沟斜疝经验。方法:回顾性分析我们自2001年6月到2004年12月采用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗老年巨大腹股沟斜疝43例的临床资料。结果:全组无复发,术后阴囊积液1例。结论:疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗老年巨大腹股沟斜疝,复发率极低,创伤小,恢复快,无不适感,并发症少。

Objective To evaluate experience of tension-free mesh-plug hernia repair in the treatment of senile giant inguinal hernia. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the 43 cases of senile giant inguinal hernia subject to tension-free mesh-plug hernia repair,The patients were followed up for 6-48 months,average 20 months. Rosults All patients were cured by tension-free mesh-pulg hernia repair. Complications occurred in 1 case. No recurrence was reported. Conclusion Patients with senile giant inguinal hernia who under go tension-free mesh-plug hernia repair have lower rate, Less postoperative pain and return to normal activity and works sooner. This procedure may have fewer complications with perfect management.
