摘要
以纤维素浆粕及尿素为原料,在二甲苯体系中于135~140℃反应制取纤维素氨基甲酸酯。通过实验考察了各种工艺参数,结果显示:当原料活化用氢氧化钠溶液浓度为14%~16%,活化温度为40~50℃,活化时间为30~40 min,尿素与纤维素的质量比为2~3︰1,合成反应时间为2~3h时,产品纤维素氨基甲酸酯可在氢氧化钠溶液中形成良好的稳定的溶液且具有良好的过滤性和可纺性。
A Novel process for manufacturing cellulose carbamate-a new raw material which possesses meaning of environmental protection is presented in this paper. Cellulose pulp is preliminarily activated by alkaline, and then the activated cellulose pulp is reacted with urea in xylene at a temperature in the range of 135 to 140℃. All factors affecting the function of dissolving, filtration and spinning of the products were investigated. The technological conditions were determined that the pretreatment of cellulose pulp took place in 14%-16% NaOH solution for 30-40 min at 40-50℃ and the reaction was carried out at 135-140℃ for 2-3 h with the mass ratio of urea to microcrystalline cellulose 2-3 : 1.
