摘要
目前高等学校图书馆普遍实行了岗位聘任制,但大多是经验式的、粗放型的管理制度,为了完善岗位聘任制,促使传统人事管理转向人力资源开发与管理,文章引入人力资源管理的基本技术手段——工作分析,对图书馆岗位进行细化描述,为开展岗位管理的其他各项工作奠定基础。
At present time the library post appointment system is carried out by the university library. In the past, it appears that appointments are mostly experiential and extensive management system, A more technical method for post appointments can be accomplished through human resources management. Job analyses are performed leading to detailed job descriptions of the library post positions. This new method of post appointments will result in a change in library post management from past personnel administration practices to this human resources administration procedure.
