摘要
文章把普遍存在于图书馆界的浪费问题(其中包括财力浪费、物力浪费和人力浪费)戏称为“穷浪费”现象,并就上述问题做了简要的分析。
The article make a brief analysis of the ＂waste＂ which includes material, manpower and financial resources. This phenomenon exists widespreadly in the libraries.
