下肢骨折术后血栓前状态的研讨

Studies and Discussion of of Prethrombotic State In patients with fracture of the lower limbs

目的探讨血栓前状态与下肢骨折术后的关系及临床意义。方法对既往无血栓形成病史的下肢骨折住院病人(合并其它部位骨折者也纳入统计组)进行实验室指标监测,并将患者手术前后所测得的数据进行统计学描述及配对的差异性比较。结果下肢骨折患者术后相应的血栓前状态实验室指标(D-二聚体,纤维蛋白原,VWF)均显著升高,经T检验,患者手术前后所测得FB、D二聚体、VWF数据的配对差异性比较有统计学意义。结论骨科患者术后处于下肢深静脉栓塞的血栓前状态(PTS),建议给予预防性的抗凝治疗。

Objective To Study and Discuss the relation and clinical evidence between Prethrombotic State and patients with the lower limb fracture. Methods Firstly, inpatients who suffered the fracture of the lower limbs, and hadn＇t DVT history before （the patients with other fracture were accounted to experimental group）,Then we monitored laboratorial data, done the statistics analysis of PT、APTT、FB、D-Dmier、VWF and etc between preoperative patients and postoperative patients, and done pairing difference contrast. Results The laboratorial data（FB、 D-Dmier.VWF）that obtain from inpatients who suffered the fracture of the lower limbs can prove the prethrombosis stage, showed positive results. They had significant difference on FB、D-Dmier、VWF between preoperative patients and postoperative patients by T-test. Conclusions postoperative patients are in Prethrombotic State, it is suggested that these patients will be done preventive anticoagulation treatment.
