摘要
对机器视觉、虚拟仪器各自应用的特性作了比较,指出了机器视觉和虚拟仪器相互结合的技术优点,探讨了基于虚拟仪器的质量检测机器视觉系统的物理实现问题。文章比较详细地讨论了光源设计、摄像机、图像采集卡选取和系统软件设计等方面的技术实现细节。
Based on the character comparison of both machine vision and virtual instruments application, it is shown to technical advantage combined machine vision with virtual instrument each other, and explored physical realization ＇of quality inspecting machine vision system based on virtual instrument. It is discussed to design of illumination, selecting method of CCD camera and frame grabber, and software system design for more technical realization detail in the paper.
