The middle steel wire heat treatment operating line is an important link in the heat treatment technique of the meridian tyre steel cord, it has very high requirements on the performance and reliability of the electromechanical equipments. This text introduces the requirements of this technique on the frequency converters and PLC products and the innovative solution plans that Emerson has put forward for the technique.
