带旋髂深动脉髂骨瓣在股骨颈骨折中的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨带旋髂深动脉的髂骨瓣在股骨颈骨折治疗中的疗效。方法采用带旋髂深动脉的髂骨瓣移植于股骨颈骨折处骨槽内。结果随访2-11年,50例术后4-6个月达骨性愈合,髋关节功能优良。结论带旋髂深动脉的髂骨瓣血运丰富,能促进骨折愈合,减少股骨头坏死,是治疗股骨骨折的良好方法。 Objective To explore the curative effects of flank bone valve with pedicle of deep iliac circumflex artery during the treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods The flank bone valve with pedicle of deep iliac circumflex artery was implanted at femoral neck fracture of the patients. Results 50 cases which were followed up for 2-11 years, showed bone union and the function of hip joint was excellent after operation for 4 to 6 months. Conclusion It is adequate supply of blood in flank bone flap with pedicle of deep iliac circumflex artery can improve the union of fracture and reduce necrosis of femoral head so that can be applied in treatment of femoral neck fracture.
