摘要
目的:研究晋产远志种质资源溶血特性,借以间接反映其品质状况。方法:采用溶血试验测定红细胞半数致死量(LD50)。结果:山西不同气候区远志资源具有明显差异。结论:晋产远志种质资源溶血特性与该资源分布的农业气候区具有一定相关性。
Objective： Study on the hemolytic characteristics of Radix Polygalae germplasm resources in Shanxi in order to reflect their quality indirectly. Method ： The red cell LD50 was determined by the hemolytic experiment. Result： There is obvious difference for the red cell LD50 of Radix Polygalae germplasm resources in different climate zones of Shanxi. Conclusion： There is some correlation for Radix Polygalae germplasm resources between the hemolytic characteristics and their climate zones.
