当前世界军事安全形势的几个特点
Features of Current World Military Security Situation
摘要
当前世界军事安全形势的基本特点是不确定性增多,传统与非传统安全威胁相互交织。各国军队都在为应对不确定的安全环境作超前布局,力图营造有利于自身的军事安全环境,实现军队的功能转型。与此同时,世界军事领域斗争更加尖锐,新旧安全观激烈碰撞,国际反扩散机制矛盾凸显。如何在维持本国安全利益与世界和平利益两者间求取平衡,成为世界各国特别是大国军事安全战略必须通盘考虑的基本问题。
