关于爆破片的泄放能力——国家专业技术标准与国际标准异同剖析

On Relieving Capacity of Rupture Discs--An Analysis of Differences between Related National Standard and International Standard

本文就现行的国家爆破片专业技术标准和最新国际标准中关于爆破片泄放能力计算方法,在形式上和实质上的异同(例如理论基础,实验条件,适用范围,取值方法,局限性等)进行了剖析。特别分析了国际标准对所推荐的计算方法适用范围作出限定的必要性。指出了工程实际问题往往难以满足这些限定条件,给出了关于爆破片泄放能力的通用(精确)分析方法及分析要点。

This paper presents an analysis of diffetences between the national standard in use and thee latest international standard of rupture disc in the calculating method of relieving capacity of rupture disc both in form and in content (such as theory basis, experimental conditions, applicable conditions, specified parameter values, limitation of the method and so on). The necessity is analysed of limiting the applicable conditions of the calculating method recomended by the international standard. It is pointed out that the applicable conditions are not always satisfied for practical problems. A general (precise) analysing method of relieving capacity of rupture disc is recomended and the main points of the analysing method are given.
