Study on the Properties of SUS321 + 15CrMoR Clad Plates for Corrosion-resistant Hydrogen at Medium Temperature

摘要 本文研究了不同热处理规范对SUS321+15CrMoR爆炸复合钢板性能的影响,并对该复合板进行了焊接工艺评定和抗氢剥离试验。结果表明,正火加回火态的此类复合板具有最佳综合力学性能及优良的焊接性,经严格的氢剥离试验后,该复合板结合界面未发现任何剥离裂纹。 Influence of different postweld heat treatments on the mechanical properties of SUS321 + 15CrMoR clad plates was investigated in the paper . The welding procedure specification and the hydrogen-induced spliting test were done to investigate the weldability and the characteristic of resistant hydrogen spliting of the clad plates. The test result showed that the clad plates have the optimal mechanical properties and good weldability at normalizing and tempering. Through hydrogen -induced spliting test, no crack was found at the interface between the clading and base plate.
