摘要
本文对电渣焊跟踪喷水冷却新工艺进行了试验研究,结果表明,电渣焊跟踪喷水冷却新工艺可大幅度提高BHW-35钢电渣焊冲击韧度,并可取消常规正火处理而以双相区热处理取代。
The paper introduces the newly technology of spray water cooling follow electrosiag welding. The result of the test shows that the newly technology not only improve greatly the impacting tenacity of electroslag welded BHW-35 steel, but also cancel the conventional normalized treatment instead of two ways heating treatment.
