摘要
本文叙述了当容器的容积一定时,根据容积计算公式可以得到一系列容器壳体尺寸(内径和筒体长度),然后按照GB150确定其壁厚,并将壳体尺寸按质量从小到大排列,根据具体情况择优选用。本文编制了容器壳体尺寸的优化通用程序,结果表明,容器壳体可以有一个或几个相关的优化尺寸。
In this paper, when the volume of a pressure vessel is definite, we can obtain a series of a pressure vessel shell dimension (internal diameter and cylinder length) according to pressure vessel volume calculating formula. Then determine their shell wall thickness in accordance with Chinese standard GB150 -89, and sort their shell weight into size in turn from the small to the big, to optionally use them. And the general purpose program for the optimization of pressure vessel shell dimension is developed, the result of optimization shows a pressure vessel has one or several relative optimum design.
