摘要
运用系统分析理论中的层次分析法（ＡＨＰ），在广泛咨询各类权威专家意见的基础上，建立了城镇用地布局方案综合评价模型，并以蓬莱市规划方案为例进行了评价，目的在于为城镇用地布局规划方案的评价提供更科学和可行的方法。
By using the method of AHP and based on the experts experience in varities fields, the author raises the comprehensive evaluation model for the patterns of urban lay-out, and applies the model to the planning of Penglai. The author wants to provide a more scientific and practicable method for the evaluation of urban lay-out.
