摘要
结合操作AVN2440DS复合式泥水平衡盾构机的实际,介绍了盾构机的保养计划,重点从熟悉盾构机的结构,对主驱动结构的电路进行分析,并对掘进中常见的问题及处理、配件的国产化等方面进行介绍,以期为盾构机的合理使用,提高掘进速度,降低成本提供参考。
On basis of the application of the AVN2440DS slurry shield machine, the article presents the maintenance program and structures of the shield machine, as well as the analysis on the electric circuits of the main drive, the common problems occurring during the boring of the shield machine and their countermeasures and the adoption of the domestic-made spare parts. The article can provide reference for other projects in aspect of increasing the availability of the shield machine so as to increase the advance rate and to reduce the construction cost.
