The article describes the assembly method of AVN2440DS shield machine on basis of parts and elements, as well as the technical details of the assembly to which special attention should be paid. Furthermore, the article presents the debugging of the hydraulic system, electric system, compressed air system, circulation water system and grease injection system, which is conducted on the ground surface. The article places its emphasis on the presentation of the debugging of the thrust cyclinders.
