摘要
辅助谐振换流极逆变器(AuxiliaryResonantCommutatedPoleInverter,ARCPI),因其结构和控制上的优异性能和易于拓展到多电平的特性,被认为是大容量软开关逆变器最有希望的实现方案,近十年来得到广泛的重视。本文首先介绍了ARCPI的基本原理,分析了其优缺点,论述了能量补充、杂散电感优化等几个固有问题及用拓扑结构加以改进的办法。然后,分析比较了几种三电平ARCPI的新拓扑结构,展望了ARCPI的发展前景。
ARCPI has been regarded as the most promising method to implement soft switch commutation in high-power inverters because of its excellent performance and control convenience. ARCPI's special topology makes it so easy to expand to multilevel application that the research studies on it have been done widely. Various topologies and control methods utilizing ARCP technology are presently being developed, while there are still some unsolved problems which affects the implementation of soft-switching. This paper firstly introduces ARCPI's basic principle and its advantages and disadvantages, discusses some essential problems such as energy supplement, stray inductance optimization then compares several new three-level ARCPI topologies, lastly gives a vista of ARCPI's future.
