摘要
本文详细阐述了电压源逆变器(VSI)死区产生的原理与潜在的危害,并在理想和实际情况下因死区对逆变器输出波形的影响进行了分析。最后,在对死区补偿原理分析的基础上,提出了一种基于 MR16的软件死区补偿方法。实验结果表明,这种死区补偿方法在一定程度上改善了电动机低频运行性能。
In this paper the principle of dead time of voltage source inverter (VSI) and its potential harm are described in detail. It is analyzed that dead time has an effect to output waveform of inverter under ideal and real circumstances respectively. Finally, a dead time compensation method is implemented, which is based on control chip MR16. Experiment results prove that this compensation method can improve motor's run performance at low frequency to some extent.
