摘要
本文测试了三角帆蚌对不同浓度的十种化学物质刺激发生的喷水反应率,研究其化学感受敏感性。结果表明,在一定浓度范围内,敏感性随浓度变大而提高。同一条件下,敏感度大小排序为:H2SO4>NaOH>乙酸>NH4Cl>NaCl>曙红>CaCl2>赖氨酸>葡萄糖/可溶淀粉。
In this paper, a test was performed to research the water election reaction rate of Hyriopsis cumingii (Lea) towards the stimulation of ten kinds of chemical compounds at various concentrations, examine its sensitivity to the cheraoreception. The result shows that under certain concentration range, higher concentration leads to higher sensitivity. Under the same conditions, the sensitivity order is as follows: H2SO4 〉NaOH〉Acetic Acid〉 NH4Cl〉 NaCl〉Eosin〉 CaCl2 〉 Lysine〉 Glucose/Dissolvable amylum .
