摘要
建构主义对心理健康教育的意义在于其强调认识的主观能动性、学习的主动建构性以及“知识建构共同体”和“协作学习”。依据建构主义原理、学生的积极心理品质是可以主动建构的。为此应该创设以积极心理学为理论基础,发展性目标为导向的心理健康教育课程,推进学生的认知建构;了解学生原有的建构域,从学生实际出发,有效建构积极心理品质;坚持学科教学的“三维教学目标”,利用学科渗透的渠道,挖掘和利用有助于培养积极心理品质的学科资源;营造有利于培养积极心理品质的建构境,优化心理健康教育的环境。
The significance of constructivism for mental health education includes that it stresses the subjective initiative cognition, the active construction of learning, "knowledge building community" and "cooperative learning". Based upon the principles of constructivism, the positive mental quality of the students can be constructed initiatively if we fulfill the following: to design and offer a mental health course with the activist psychology as its theoretical basis and the devel- opment goals as its orientation in order to advocate the active cognitive construction of students, to understand the students' original constructive territory starting from the reality of the students, to stick to the "three-dimensional teaching objectives" of disciplinary teaching, making good use of the disciplinary penetration channel, to excavate and utilize all the disciplinary resources that are helpful for cultivating positive mental quality and to create constructive environment for cultivating the positive mental quality of students so as to optimize the environment of mental health education.
