摘要
米非司酮又称RU486,广泛应用于药物流产,其作用机理成为当今的研究热点。米非司酮与孕酮受体结合而竞争性抑制孕激素作用被普遍接受,并认为米非司酮不仅作用蜕膜组织还作用绒毛组织,凋亡基因fas、fasl及bc l、bax的表达促进细胞凋亡从而终止妊娠。
Mifepristone (RU486) is well known for its use in the termination of early pregnancy. For recent years , the effect and mechanism has become a hotspot investigated extensively by specialists all over the world. Mifepristone in causing abortion is universal acceptable for an effective progesterone receptor antagonist and perhaps act directly on chorial and decidual , additionally modulate apoptosis regulatory genes bcl -2/bax and fas/fasl in cells.
