摘要
针对摩托车离合器试验系统的研制,提出了一种利用计算机、单片机与可编程控制器通讯的测控方案;该试验台具有自动测试、自动控制、数据自动处理、自动打印与绘图等功能;试验结果表明,该方法不仅反应灵敏,成本低,测量精度高,而且检测与控制效果良好,满足了离合器实验系统的技术要求。
According to the development of experimental system used for motorcycle, a measuring and controlling system using computer, single chip processor and programmable controller is proposed . The functions of measurement, control, data processing, printing and drawing , etc. of the test rig are all automatic, It is verified that the method is not only low cost, reasponsiveness and accuracy, but also effective to detection and control. Specification of motorcycle clutch experimental system is satisfied.
