摘要
介绍了基于单片机PIC18F448、按照RS485总线协议构建而成的生物酶膜反应器实时监控系统,描述了该系统的组成和基本工作原理,并对系统的硬件设计和软件设计作了较为详细的说明。实际应用证明,该系统工作性能稳定可靠,解决了传统设备在生产过程中控制精度低、自动化程度差的问题,实现了测控技术与生化工程的良好结合。
Enzymatic membrane reactor real-time monitoring system based on the microcontroller PIC18F448 and RS485 bus is introduced, and the structure and principle of the system is presented, and the design of software and hardware is also described. Application result shows, the system's function is stable and credible. The problem that traditional equipment is in low precision and low automatization in the manufacturing process is solved. This system is the combination of the measurement and control technology with the biochemistry englneerlng.
