摘要
在现代自动控制领域,低频相位的实时控制系统不论在理论还是在实践上都已经很成熟,而在高频和射频领域,其相位的测量和实时控制信号的获取却是个问题;在对低频相位测量及控制信号获取方法的研究上,提出了该基于晶体管阵列的高频相位控制信号获取方法及其实现电路,该方法可以实现对高频信号相位及相位差的连续测量同时具有较高的精度和较好的工作速度;而且该电路将相差信号转化为直流电压,便于直接控制后续的移相电路。
In modern automatic control field the theory and practice of the realtime phase control system in low frequency band is perfect o And the phase shifter network can be easily acquired in HF and RF band. But we can hardly measure the signal phase and get the realtime phase control signal in these field. So the method of HF signal phase measurement and its application circuit based on the transistor array is presented after studying the theory of low frequency phase detecting system and radio frequency phase shifter. And in this way we can measure the HF signal phase continuously and can get a high precision. Also the circuit can convert the phase difference signal to a dc voltage and the voltage can be the control signal to the phase shift network next.
