摘要
甲基三甲氧基硅烷与KH-560在表面活性剂作用下,通过乳液聚合制得平均粒径O.31μm以下,带蓝光的半透明有机倍半硅氧烷分散液。该分散液再与环氧基有机硅微乳液进行复合,复合液(即为增深剂)对黑色真丝产品增深后发现,增深度可达15%,并且真丝织物的吸湿性能有了明显的提高。
Semitransparent dispersoid of organo-sesqui-siloxane with blue light, was synthesized by emulsion polymerization of methyl-trimethoxy silicane and KH-560 with surfactant. The average particle diameter of this dispersoid is under 0.3 1μm. Deep dyeing promoter was prepared by mixing the dispersoid and epoxy silicone micro emulsion. After treated by the deep dyeing promoter, the deepening degree of black silk can reach 15% with an obvious increase of hygroscopicity.
