摘要
介绍了机械法、物理法、物理-化学法等超细金属粉末的制备方法和研究进展及生产应用情况。虽然超细金属粉末的制备方法有很多种,但每种方法都有一定的局限性,存在许多需要解决和完善的问题。机械法是制备金属粉末的基本方法,但大多数机械法在制取粉末后存在分级困难的问题;旋转电极法和气体雾化法是目前制备高性能金属及合金粉末的主要方法,但生产效率低,超细粉末的收得率不高,能耗相对较大;气流磨粉碎法、氢化脱氢法适合大批量工业化生产,但对原料金属或合金的选择性较强。
The mechanical, physical and physicochemical process and their limitations for preparing super fine metal powder were reviewed in the paper. Mechanical process is the basic way to produce metal powders, but it is difficult to classify for most of them. Rotaring electrode processing and gas atomization are the main methods to preparing high quality metal powder products in now days, but the fine powder yield is very low and the energy consumption is more than that of others. The airflow milling and hydrogen-dehydrogenate process is suitable for industrialization production, but their selectivity in raw material metal or alloys are strict.
