摘要
目前,常规煤气脱硫剂的脱硫效率一般在30%左右,不能满足煤气脱硫的要求.本文通过改变脱硫剂中氧化铁的含量,对脱硫剂的脱硫效果进行测试和比较.经过多次试验,筛选出以衡水和获鹿样品制成的高效脱硫剂,其脱硫效率达80%以上,硫容达15%～20%.
In general the desufurize effectiveness of desulfurizer is about 30% and this can not meet the need of gas desulfurization. The desulfurization effectiveness was tested and compared with the variation of iron oxide in desulfurizer. The high effective desulfurizer made from iron oxide, with desufurize effectiveness 80% and sulfur capacity 15% - 20%, was selected through lots of tests.
