摘要
介绍了安钢第二轧钢厂轧辊磨床砂轮主轴系统的改进与应用,改进后磨床加工精度、工件表面粗糙度得到提高,降低了辊耗,提高了产品成材率和加工效率。
This paper introduces roll grinding of No2 wiling mill of Anyang steel,since it＇s wheel spindle has been reformed becomes hydrostatic wheel spindle,not only its machine accuracy and the work face coarse degree and yield ratio and process efficiency are wholly improved but also reduce roll consumption.
