消菌净杀菌效果及毒性研究

Study on germicidal efficacy and toxicity of Xiao Jun Jing

目的:消菌净是以过氧化氢为主要成份复配而成的消毒液,观察其杀菌作用及毒性。方法:采用悬液定量杀菌试验、现场消毒试验和动物毒性试验进行了实验研究。结果:以含过氧化氢31.2 g/L的该消毒液对大肠杆菌作用10 m im,以含过氧化氢15.6 g/L的该消毒液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用10 m in;以含过氧化氢1.56 g/L的该消毒液对铜绿假单胞菌作用15 m in;以含过氧化氢1.04 g/L的该消毒液对白色葡萄球菌作用15 m in,其杀灭对数值均>5.00,以含过氧化氢31.2 g/L的该消毒液对白色念珠菌作用15 m in其杀灭对数值>4.00,对物体表面消毒效果,以含过氧化氢31.2 g/L该消毒液喷洒30 m in对桌面的自然菌平均杀灭对数值为>1.00;对空气现场消毒效果,以含过氧化氢31.2 g/L该消毒液以15 m l/m3喷雾作用30 m in,空气中的自然菌的消亡率均>90%,对脊髓灰质炎病毒灭活效果,以过氧化氢31.2 g/L消毒净作用45 m in,可完全灭活脊髓灰质炎病毒。该消毒的原液于54℃恒温保存14 d和37℃恒温保存90 d,其过氧化氢下降率分别为2.06%和3.83%。该消毒液对小鼠急性口服毒性为LD50>5 000 mg/kg.bw,属无毒级;原液对皮肤、眼晴无刺激性,急性吸入毒性LC50(2 h)为>10 000 mg/m3,属实际无毒级,微核试验结果显示对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞的微核率没有明显影响。结论:消菌净消毒液对细菌及病毒具有良好消毒效果,属无毒、无刺激性类物质,可广泛应用于空气、物体表面、皮肤方面等方面消毒。

Objective：Xiao Jun Jing is a disinfectant which equipped mainly with compound hydrogen peroxide. In order to study the germicidal property and toxicity of Xiao Jun Jing. Methods：Suspension quantitative germicidal test, field disinfection trial and animal toxicity test were used to carry out observation. Results ：The average reduction factor of Escherichia colin in Xiao Jun Jing containing hydrogen peroxide 31.2 g/L for 10 min, staphylococcus aureus in Xiao Jun Jing containing hydrogen peroxide 15.6 g/L for 10 min, and pseudomonas aeruginosa in Xiao Jun Jing containing Hydrogen peroxide 1.56 g/L for 15 min, and staphylococcus albus in Xiao Jun Jing containing Hydrogen peroxide 1.04 g/L for 15 min was 〉5.00, the average reduction factor of monilia alba in Xiao Jun Jing containing hydrogen peroxide 31.2 g/L for 15 min was 〉4.00, the average reduction factor of natural bacteria on surface of table moistened by spraying of the Xiao Jun Jing containing hydrogen peroxide 31.2 g/L for 30 min was 〉 1.00, spraying of Xiao Jun Jing containing hydrogen peroxide 31.2 g/L with a 30 min contact time 15 ml/m^3 killed over 90% of the natural bacteria in air, the Xiao Jun Jing containing 31.2 g/L fro 45 min inactivats poliovirus thoroughly. The stock solution of this Xiao Jun Jing costants temperature maintained at 54℃ for 14 d and 37℃, for 90 d, the descent raito of which was 2. 06% and 3.83%. The mouse acute oral LD50 of the Xiao Jun Jing was 〉5 000 mg/kg · bw, so it belongs to practically non - toxin substances. The stock solution of the Xiao Jun jing had not imtating effect on skin and eye, the acute asp LC50 was 〉 10 000 mg/m^3, so it belongs to practically non - toxic substances, and was negative in mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronuclens test. Conclusion：The Xiao Jun Jing has certain germicidal action. It belongs to practically non -toxic and noimtating affection substances and have a generally disinfectant application on air,surface of the substance and skin.
