硝酸羟胺对大鼠血液系统毒性作用的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:机体可通过多种途径吸收HAN引起中毒,目前对HAN中毒引起的血液学损伤特点和规律研究较少。本文拟研究硝酸羟胺对大鼠血液系统的毒性作用。方法:经腹腔分别给雄性W istar大鼠注射75、100及125 mg/kgHAN,并于染毒后6 h,1、3、7、14、28 d,2 m和3 m采集静脉血,采用血细胞分析仪等仪器测试血细胞参数、红细胞渗透脆性试验、变性珠蛋白小体和Howell-Jolly小体等项目。结果:HAN注射后6 h^7 d红细胞细胞膜脆性、Hzinz小体和Howell-Jol-ly小体形成增加;RBC数、HCT及Hb浓度明显下降;而MCV、MCH、MCHC、RDW等明显增加,并存在明显剂量效应关系。结论:腹腔注射75~125 mg/kg HAN可引起大鼠血细胞尤其是红细胞数量、结构和功能及血红蛋白含量发生明显改变,且具有速发性、持续性及可恢复性特点,并存在明显剂量效应关系。表明,HAN腹腔注射对血液系统有明显影响。
