行为教育对提高医护人员规范洗手行为的探讨

摘要 目的探讨对临床医护人员洗手行为的有效干预措施,提高规范洗手的依从性。方法以我院150名医护人员作为研究对象,采取全员培训、发放宣传资料、对重点人群加强洗手监督和引入有效管理机制的方法对临床医护人员的洗手行为进行为期3周的教育干预,教育前后考核评估洗手情况并进行统计学分析。结果通过采取有针对性的教育干预措施,医务人员洗手方法和洗手时间的合格率显著提高(P<0.01),手的漏洗率明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论行为教育干预可有效提高医护人员洗手行为的依从性。 Objective To explore the effect of behavior education on overcoming the irregular hand washing situations and improving the hands washing compliance in clinical staffs. Methods 150 cases of medical staffs were selected randomly and given an operation test about hand washing. Based on the test results, interference methods were designed focused on training, disseminating written data about hands hygiene, reinforcing the management and inspection of key specialized crowd, and bringing monitoring system, and so on. After 3 weeks education, all the cascs would receive a test to judge their hands washing situations, and the result were documented and analyzed statistically. Results By aimed inference education, the accurate rate of hands washing in medical staffs with standard methods and time was highly improved (P 〈 0.05). Among the medical staff, the accurate rates of hands washing of doctors and medical assistants were obvious improved especially (P 〈 0.01). The missing rate of hands washing of medical staffs was decreased dominantly (P 〈 0.05~〈 0.01). Compared with that of doctors and medical assistants, the accurate rate of hands washing of nurses was highest (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Behavior education methods can effectively improve the hands washing compliance in medical staffs.
