摘要
从针对松花江下游佳木斯至同江河段的河流特点及水文泥沙特征,制定了详细的整治原则和方案。采用计与经验相结合的方法,确定了整治水位、整治线宽度、设计方案和主体结构形式。经过1989年至1995年7年的整治方案实施,整个河段的整治效果十分显著,达到了设计预期目标,全河段航道尺度全部达到设计航道尺度标准。
Based on the hydrologic and sediment feature of Jia Musi to Tong Jiang waterway of Song Hua River, the particular regulation and plan was draw up. The regulating water level, the width of regulating line, the regulating plan and major flame was confirmed using the way of combing design with experience. With the enforcement of regulating plan from 1989 to 1995, the regulation is effective and the anticipatory aim attained. The yardstick of this part of Song Hua River is up to standard.
