摘要
利用二乙醇胺对亚麻油进行氨解,再将氨解后的亚麻油反应到水性聚氨酯上,获得对水性聚氨酯涂料改性的一种方法。讨论了反应时间及反应温度对氨解反应的影响,结果表明:氨解的温度在100~120℃之间,反应时间100min左右较合适;测定了加入催干剂后改性的水性聚氨酯成膜表干速度比未改性的要快,一般仅用5-7d即可;且膜的热重分析研究在300℃左右才有较大的失质量。
A method of ammonolysis of limseed oil with diethanolamine, which is then reacted with aqueous polyurethane was reported. The influence of reaction time and temperature on ammonolysis of linseed oil is discussed. It has shown that the prefered ammonolysis temperature is 100-120℃ ,and reaction time is about 100 min ; modified aqueous polyurethane with drier reaches touch- dry faster than non-modified aqueous polyurethane, normally in 5 - 7 days ; the TGA of films shows it starts weight loss at about 300 ℃.
