摘要 通过改变夹心式换能器压电晶片的堆放位置及组数,使超声清洗换能器具有两个明显的谐振峰。经自动控制及转换电路,使超声波电源既能在任一单频工作又能在双频自动交替工作。大功率实用状态下清洗复杂工件,并用染色法真实记录单频工作及双频交替工作时槽内声场的分布情况。结果表明,复频超声清洗能充分发挥不同频率的声波特性,比单频清洗效果更好。 By changing the stack position and quantity of the piezoelectricity chip of piezoelectric ceramic sandwich transducer we can make the washing transducer bear two obvious resonance peaks, Developing a double-frequency ultrasonic power source we can fulfill the working mode that the complex-frequency resonance system can either work in any single-frequency condition or alternate automatically in double-frequency condition, Wash the complex workpieces, and record the distributing condition of acoustic field inside the cleaer, by dyeing, when working in single-frequency and double-frequency conditions, The result turns to be that complex-frequency ultrasonic washing gives full play to the features of sound wave of various frequency, and its effect is better than that of single-frequency washing with the function of the whole device stable.
