雾化吸入博利康尼联合氨溴索对毛细支气管炎的治疗作用

The effect of bricanyl solution and ambroxol nebulisation in treatment of capillary bronchitis

目的：探讨博利康尼联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的治疗效果。方法：120例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组（A、B、c组）与对照组各30例。A组：博利康尼雾化液2．5mg／；B组：氨溴索注射液7.5mg／次；C组：博利康尼雾化液2.5mg／次及氨溴索注射液7.5mg/次；对照组：a-糜蛋白酶5mg/次。每组药物均加入生理盐水5mL稀释以空气压缩泵雾化吸入，2次／d，5～10min／次，连用5～7d。观察各组咳嗽、喘憋、气促、哮鸣音和湿啰音好转情况及不良反应。结果：总有效率C组与A组、B组、对照组三组比较差异均有统计学意义（x2=5.19，4.04，7.21，P均〈0.05）。A组、B组、对照组三组间比较差异无统计学意义（x2=0.37，P〉0.05）。喘憋消失、气促缓解、哮鸣音消失、湿啰音消失及平均住院时间C组与A组、B组、对照组三组比较明显缩短，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）。结论：博利康尼联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎能增强疗效，缓解症状，缩短病程，提高治愈率，安全、有效、简便。

Objective：PTo investigate the effect of bricanyl solution and ambroxol nebulisation in treatment of capillary bronchitis. Methods：90 cases with capillary bronchitis were divided randomly into 3 groups ： group A received 2.5 mg of nebulisation of bricanyl solution, bid, with each nebulisation lasting 5～10 min, group B with 7.5 mg of ambroxol, bid, group C with the combination of 2.5 mg of bricanyl solution and 7.5 mg of ambroxol, bid. Other 30 cases as control group took a-chymotrypsin 5 mg, bid. All the treatments lasted for 5～7 days and the symptoms of cough, asthma, dyspnea, wheezing sound, moist tales and side effects in each group were observed and recorded. Results： Total effect rate was remarkably different between group C and the rest three groups （ x2 = 5.19, 4.04, 7.21, P 〈 0.05） ; no difference existed among group A, B and control group （ X2 = 0,37, P 〉 0.05） ; compared with group A, B and control group, the cases in group C were more significant in disappearance of asthma, dyspnea, wheezing sound, and moist rales and hospitalization days was shorter （ P 〈 0.05）. Conelusious： Combined nebulisation of bficanyl solution and ambroxol had synergetie effect in treating capillary bronchitis which could enhance the ettrative effect, alleviate the symptom, shorten the course of diseases, and is safe and simple.
