珠珀猴枣散治疗小儿上呼吸道感染疗效观察

Treatment of infantile upper respiratory infection with Zhupohouzao powder

目的:探讨珠珀猴枣散治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的疗效及安全性。方法:将160例患儿随机分为2组,治疗组80例除常规综合治疗外加用珠珀猴枣散治疗,对照组采用常规综合治疗。结果:对照组总有效率75.0%,治疗组总有效率95.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.25,P<0.01),治疗组未见与药物有关的不良反应。结论:珠珀猴枣散治疗小儿上呼吸道感染疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Zhupohouzao powder in the treatment of infantile upper respiratory infection. Methods： 160 cases were randomly divided into two groups. Besides regular therapy, patients in therapy group were administered with Zhupohouzao powder, but in control group with regular therapy only.Results：The total effective rate of the control group was 75.0% ,while the total rate of the treatment group was 95.0%. There was significant difference between two groups and no adverse reaction was observed in therapy group. Conclusions：Zhupohouzao powder is an effective medicine in the treatment of infantile upper respiratory infection, it is worthy of application.
